Mélanie Lamarre, MBA
Mélanie has worked at all levels of a company. As a teen, she spent her summers as a manual worker in a pharmaceutical plant. Following this, she was given the opportunity to work as a receptionist in the purchasing, sales, government affairs and accounting departments.
After earning a Masters of Business Administration degree, she gained invaluable experience managing manufacturing firms in the biotechnology/pharmaceutical field as well as other industrial sectors.
In 2007, she founded Persoflex Solutions Inc. in order to help businesses recruit personnel, help candidates find high-quality jobs, and match candidates with employers.

Onida ClarkOnida began her career as a hairdresser before becoming a skilled manual worker with a number of manufacturing firms. After progressing to the position of receptionist-clerk in the payroll and customer service departments and working as a receiving department employee, she moved on to become an advisor with an employment agency. In 2008, she joined the Persoflex team, where she excels through her speed, courtesy and customer focus.
